About Achievers

Achievers offers more than just a thank you program. Our employee recognition and rewards software inspires employees to recognize everyone, every day, everywhere. With nearly 4 million global users, we empower employees across 170+ countries. Join our team of A-players who bring passion to our purpose and believe that meaningful change creates extraordinary outcomes — together, we’ll inspire recognition everywhere and achieve results that matter.

Our commitment to you

At Achievers, we hire you for you because we value the unique perspective and individuality that each person brings to our team. We are committed to creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace where you belong, and your contributions are celebrated. Together, we achieve more by combining our unique strengths, fostering collaboration, and inspiring each other to reach new heights.

The opportunity

We are looking for a Designer who is passionate about creating human-centered products that empower meaningful connections in the workplace. You’ll champion an empathetic approach to design that brings thoughtful user experiences to life through strategy, collaboration, and creative solutions to solve complex problems derived from user insights.

Join a team where your voice matters and your craft is valued. This is more than just a design role—it’s an opportunity to:

  • Influence product direction in key domains.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team that celebrates shared success.
  • Grow your skills through dedicated mentorship from an experienced UX leader and regular UX guild sessions.
  • Leverage a robust UI system to deliver thoughtful, scalable experiences.
  • Take ownership and become the subject matter expert in your space.
  • Drive real value—help solve problems that impact people’s work lives every day.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where innovation is encouraged.
What you’ll be doing
  • Own projects from start to finish while leading various UX initiatives including running user thinking workshops to define and explore problems and user needs, content mapping, sketching, wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, and leading stakeholder reviews.
  • Design for cross-product, cross-platform features, and develop foundational frameworks that enable teammates to be more effective.
  • Drive UX research to develop empathy for our users and advocate for their success.
  • Deliver valuable and high-quality work without sacrificing speed.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Managers, UX researchers, Data Scientists, and Front-end Developers to explore, build, and ship designs. You will help other disciplines understand the value design can bring to a project.
  • Coach and mentor less-experienced designers by providing feedback to help strengthen your processes and team.
What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years of hands-on end-to-end UX experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • A deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative design process including how to develop and use design research, job stories, journey mapping, wire-framing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals to achieve user-centric design solutions.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Miro, user testing frameworks, and other UX design / prototyping tools.
  • Proficiency in interaction design for native mobile and responsive web applications.
  • A collaborative spirit that enable you share early and iterate quickly.
  • Proven track record in working closely with multiple disciplines including Product and Engineering within agile scrum.
  • Passion for solving problems while balancing all facets of a user experience (strategy and research, information architecture, interaction design, etc.). You know that good design requires research, multiple iterations, communication, and attention to detail.
  • You have a strong portfolio of related projects and believe that your best work is still ahead of you.
  • Previous experience with HCM or social media is not required but advantageous.
