As a Product Designer on this team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the intuitive T2S (Traffic to start) experience, ensuring a seamless path for users. If you have a passion for new frontend technologies and thrive in a collaborative environment working closely with Product Managers, Experience Designers, and Business Analysts, the Frontdoors team offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the future of tax filing at Intuit.

  • Drive Strategic Impact: Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define product strategy, influence roadmap decisions, and identify high-impact opportunities that align with business goals (e.g., customer acquisition, retention, T2S conversion).
  • Craft User-Centric Experiences: Design intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences that simplify complex tax concepts and guide users seamlessly from initial awareness through tax software or service selection.
  • Leverage Data & Insights: Utilize qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., user research, analytics, A/B test results) to inform design decisions, validate hypotheses, and measure the impact of new features and flows.
  • Integrate AI & Advanced Technologies: Work hands-on with engineering partners to explore and implement innovative AI capabilities and new frontend technologies, ensuring a seamless and effective user experience.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key design partner to Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Content Design, and Marketing, ensuring strong alignment and shared understanding throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Champion Design Excellence: Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design, maintain high standards for visual design and interaction patterns, and contribute to the evolution of TurboTax's design system.
  • Iterate and Optimize: Drive continuous improvement through rapid prototyping, user testing, and A/B experimentation, turning insights into actionable design refinements.
  • Mentor & Contribute to Culture: Provide mentorship and guidance to more junior designers, contributing positively to the team's culture and sharing design best practices.

Must Have:
