About the design team

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Product Designer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our complex products, contributing to delivering innovative solutions for our customers. Under the guidance of our Lead Product Designer, you will design user-focused solutions for our enterprise software.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will
  1. Advocate for excellent user experience
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and prioritize design goals
  3. Contribute to and help implement the Cetaris design system across our ecosystem
  4. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and improvements
  5. Manage the end-to-end design process from ideation to final execution
  6. Iterate designs based on feedback and data analysis to enhance user experience
  7. Conduct user research such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate designs
  8. Create user-centered designs by understanding user needs through research
  9. Present and communicate your designs to stakeholders and non-designers, being receptive to feedback
  10. Mentor junior designers and promote a culture of design excellence
Requirements and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in user experience design, human-computer interaction, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a product designer with a strong portfolio
  • Experience working in enterprise or SaaS software companies
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems
  • Experience designing for mobile, tablet, desktop, and responsive web apps
  • Knowledge of user research methods including usability testing and interviews
  • Strong understanding of design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment managing multiple projects
  • Understanding of technical constraints and development processes
