WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

We are seeking a Senior Producer to join our team at Next Level Games. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to align creative vision, technical execution, and production targets.

Please note this is a hybrid position, requiring at least three days per week at our Vancouver studio.

  • Project Management: Lead multidisciplinary teams, track development from concept to completion, manage schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
  • Strategy and Planning: Support leadership in setting development strategies, planning milestones and sprints, and holding teams accountable to timelines and goals.
  • Problem Solving: Apply hands-on game development knowledge to resolve challenges and deliver quality results.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and support teams to maintain progress.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with production and creative teams to ensure effective communication and timely hand-offs.
  • Processes and Workflows: Use your project management expertise to improve development workflows continuously.
  • Publisher Communications: Provide regular updates and facilitate feedback between the development team and publisher.
  • Team Health and Morale: Ensure proper scoping of work and foster a motivating, collaborative environment.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000 CAD annually, depending on skills, education, and experience.
