Senior Producer

Job Description:

We’re seeking a Senior Producer to drive delivery excellence and client leadership working across all mediums from digital and social, to print and broadcast. Your work will help drive growth for our brand partners and our agency. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver, ensuring every initiative is executed with precision and creativity. You will have a strong background in leading creative, as well as account and client teams, through complex production workflows. You will also coordinate with the social, strategy and experiential teams to ensure cohesive, high impact content across all touchpoints. The Senior Producer will report to the Head of Production and lead a team of agency producers supporting various brand initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our creative, operations and client teams to ensure creative campaigns and strategies are brought to life on time and on budget
  • Develop and implement production plans, act as the primary point of contact between agency teams and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and manage project budgets through bidding, production estimate creation and project reconciliation
  • Cultivate strong relationships with agency, client and vendor partners
  • Provide guidance and input to creative teams throughout the concepting and production phases ensuring all ideas presented are feasible and aligned with business goals and constraints
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and creative best practices
  • Lead, coach, and mentor associate producers to drive delivery excellence across portfolios
  • Contribute to the evolution of delivery best practices, tools, and processes within the agency
Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading, managing, and delivering complex projects
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate and direct cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Detail-oriented, strong initiative, self-organizing and highly skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Deep working knowledge of production workflows, project management tools and production software
  • Proficient in MAC OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
