Job summary

Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) is seeking a Senior Specialist, Procurement Governance to enhance governance, compliance, and policy administration across procurement operations at Toronto Pearson. You will lead COI program management, draft governance materials, and support cross-functional initiatives with various stakeholders.

The role demands five+ years in procurement/governance, strong policy drafting skills, and the ability to deliver reports and training materials.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in procurement, governance, compliance, or related fields.
• Experience drafting and administering policies, procedures, and governance docs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and business communications.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to obtain Transportation Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve procurement governance standards and docs.
• Research regulatory requirements, trends, and governance best practices.
• Draft and update governance templates, guidance, communications and training.
• Coordinate stakeholder consultations and obtain approvals.
• Administer governance programs, including the COI program.
• Analyze COI disclosures and prepare committee materials.
• Coordinate COI committee meetings and track actions.
• Manage governance inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor compliance trends and produce reports, dashboards and analyses.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, standards, and controls.
