About the Job

We are hiring a Senior Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement team at Mobilinx, reporting to the Procurement Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Bid package preparation, issuance to market, and expediting
  • Issuing RFPs, bid evaluation, and negotiations
  • Issuing purchase orders, contracts, or change orders using procurement systems
  • Conducting detailed supplier negotiations on pricing, contractual terms, and delivery schedules
  • Maintaining collaborative relationships with project partners and supply chain stakeholders
  • Overseeing contract evaluations and management, ensuring compliance with scope and specifications
  • Addressing procurement issues proactively to prevent project delays
  • Applying project design and construction knowledge to balance procurement strategies with cost, schedule, and value considerations
  • Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
  • Managing deadlines and communicating effectively about schedule conflicts
  • Distributing reports and working cohesively across all organizational levels
  • Handling large, complex supply, installation, and fabrication orders
  • Mentoring junior procurement analysts

Qualifications:

  • Degree, diploma, or certificate in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • 8–11 years of construction industry experience preferred
  • Experience in EPCM environments, especially in transit, infrastructure, mining, oil & gas, or design-build projects, is an asset
  • Experience with SAP is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and database software
  • Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
