Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years progressive experience in municipal wastewater treatment.
Experience managing engineering budgets.
Completion of additional business development training considered an asset.
Responsibilities
Lead as Process-Mechanical Lead for wastewater treatment projects.
Provide technical direction and foster multidisciplinary collaboration.
Mentor junior and intermediate staff.
Skills
Proven technical skills for process mechanical projects
Proficiency in wastewater modelling tools
Effective client management
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Proficient writer and communicator
Education
Bachelor's degree in Process, Environmental, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in BC
Master’s or PhD degree in water/wastewater treatment or mechanical engineering (asset)
