Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking an experienced Data Analyst/Business Analyst to join our fast-growing analytics consulting firm. This role focuses on improving New Product Setup workstreams within Appian, emphasizing workflow simplification, field usage, and governance across regions and ERPs.

You will partner with stakeholders to map current-state processes, document ways of working, and translate pain points into actionable improvements that feed backlog and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in business process improvement or similar role.
• Experience simplifying workflows in complex environments.
• Experience with agile environments and iterative delivery.
• Experience with multi-ERP process standardization preferred.
• Familiarity with master data, product setup, or enterprise workflow processes.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Support future-state process design for NPS workstreams adopted by Appian
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and eliminate inefficient current-state steps
• Drive field rationalization and governance across workstreams
• Develop recommendations to standardize processes across regions and ERPs
• Partner with stakeholders to understand current-state pain points and improvement opportunities
• Document ways of working to support scalable process execution
• Collaborate with product owners to ensure process improvements are reflected in backlog and delivery planning
• Support cross-functional working sessions to align on process changes and simplification opportunities
