About the Role:

As a Process Engineer, you will be a key technical leader developing and optimizing water filtration processes. You’ll ensure our systems—new and existing—perform optimally under various conditions. You will work with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from design to customer acceptance, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

This position is part of the Application and Process Engineering Team and is remote.

Typical daily responsibilities include:

  • Executing customer projects to optimize system designs for performance and treatment goals.
  • Collaborating with commissioning teams, providing technical documentation and performance analysis.
  • Reviewing and approving technical proposals to ensure quality and performance standards.
  • Supporting sales and service teams with technical guidance and research to resolve customer challenges.
  • Consulting with R&D to improve existing products and develop new ones.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Civil, Environmental Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience, or a graduate degree with 6+ years of experience in water or wastewater treatment systems.
  • Experience in process and equipment design calculations for low-pressure membrane filtration and reverse osmosis.
  • Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills in Microfiltration, Ultrafiltration, Reverse Osmosis.
  • Ability to travel within the US and Canada without restrictions.
