Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-pressure gas equipment design focus on CNG, RNG and H2 gas distribution equipment, and collaborating with our operations and service teams. This role is ideal for individuals with 15-20 years of experience who have a significant expertise in the high-pressure gas market, a great attitude, and a focused approach to innovation

Key Responsibilities

• Working collaboratively with the Chief Engineer and our customers, develop new and innovative gas equipment solutions that meet our customers needs.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to industry codes & standards and company guidelines and private expert-level interpretation of existing standards globally.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for equipment and internal processes.
• Work closely with operations and service teams to understand process requirements and challenges.
• Provide engineering support and troubleshooting assistance for operational issues.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and programs for operations staff.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 15-20 years of experience in the high pressure gas industry, preferably in CNG.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• P.Eng. in one or more Canadian jurisdiction.

• Experience working with AHJ’s in both the US and Canada.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Global working experience is strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
