Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with a Global Automotive Tier 1 supplier of proprietary electro-mechanical assemblies as they continue to build out their Manufacturing Engineering department. As a global player and industry leader within their technology vertical, this organization is looking at significant growth due to multiple high profile program launches in the near future. With the strain that new incremental business can put on existing production equipment, not to mention any Cap-Ex requirements, the need for robust and progressive Manufacturing/Controls Engineering has never been greater.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced Manufacturing/Controls Engineer who can offer a breadth of plant floor experiences driving efficiency improvements, LEAN initiatives, and troubleshooting root-cause of potential bottle necks/breakdowns. We are searching for a Process Engineer who can offer strengths in the programming and troubleshooting of PLC’s, and ideally, an understanding of metal stamping and robotic welding processes. A humble and collegial approach to supporting Production activities is mandatory to succeed in this highly tenured environment. In addition, a post-secondary education in an Engineering discipline is required.
