Job summary

Pinnacle Fund Services seeks a Senior Fund Accountant to lead NAV production for a private equity client portfolio within the Private Equity Team. This remote role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in fund accounting or FS audit, strong Excel skills, and an accounting designation is desirable. Remote work with some in-office days is available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years fund accounting experience or FS audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle NAV production process for a private equity client portfolio.
• Prepare and/or review NAV calculations, including capital activity, cash activity, and investment trading.
• Prepare Investor Statements and contract notes.
• Coordinate year-end audit and tax reporting with clients and auditors.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and manage deadlines.
