Infosys Consulting is seeking experienced senior management consultants with a focus on Enterprise Architecture and Design to join our North American Communications, Media, and Technology practice at a Senior Principal Level.

About the Role:

An experienced consulting professional, you will be a thought leader in the CMT industry and a key advisor to defining solutions. You will help clients define and realize the solution and business architecture as part of their transformation initiatives. You will shape consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the rapidly transforming business model of the CMT sector. You should have deep experience in defining solutions and enterprise architecture across one or more of the CMT sub-sectors (communications, media, or technology), with a strong understanding of industry enterprise and system architectures and technology designs deployed across CMT companies.

Our focus is on solutions and capabilities to transform our clients’ businesses, including:

• Business and Technology Transformation
• Reimagined Enterprise Telecom Business

Responsibilities:

• Define transformation roadmaps
• Own end-to-end solution and technical architecture definitions
• Develop process models and collect NFRs to inform solution design
• Evaluate technologies and identify PoC scope, design, and execute
• Mentor team members and review program delivery plans
• Guide technical implementation and participate in governance meetings
• Identify new business opportunities and solutions

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 10+ years of experience in the utilities industry and 5+ years in advisory consulting
• Ability to travel up to 4 days a week within Canada
• Experience working in cross-cultural teams and supporting multiple time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or advanced degree in Communications, Media, or Entertainment
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills
• Experience in solution architecture design and realization
• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills
• Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
