Join our team as a Senior Principal Engineer for Digital Design, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobility . As a leading innovator in the field, our client are driving the transformation of the automotive industry with our cutting-edge microcontrollers and software solutions. You will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enable clean, safe, and smart cars, and work collaboratively with a team of experts to drive innovation, strategy, and growth in the field of Digital Design.

You will do:

• Contribute substantially to the IP strategy in the field of Digital Design
• Work as part of a team responsible for infrastructure, methodology and automation for IP Concept, Design and Verification
• Facilitate and encourage innovation across boundaries, both internal and external to the IP design organisation
• Observe and proactively act on external and internal trends
• Coach & challenge new ideas, actively balance risks and opportunities and drive decisions
• Be equally comfortable working with engineers, and engaging with senior managers and their senior technical leadership

You have:

• A University Degree within STEM (Science, Technologies, Engineering and Mathematics) area
• At least 15 years of relevant Digital Design experience from Digital IP design
• An expert understanding of Digital Design Methodologies and flows
• Proven ability to develop complex digital designs targeting high speed and/or low power, and an in-depth understanding of the SoC implementation flow
• Proven ability to solve critical problems with high complexity by proactively involving expert networks, and to exploit deviations in order to support continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to easily transmit your ideas/proposals in both verbal and/or written forms and the capacity to influence others
• Ability to use time productively and efficiently when faced with multiple tasks and priorities
• An in-depth understanding of Analog IP Design and Integration
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
