We seek an experienced consulting professional with broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. You will operate independently, delivering quality work products, and applying Oracle methodology and leading practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and documenting customer’s NetSuite value gaps using our proprietary SuiteReview methodology.
• Remediating gaps and achieving customer consensus.
• Architecting solutions for complex business requirements, including configuration, integration, and technical components.
• Defining functional requirements for automations and integrations.
• Designing and testing automations and integrations with our Technical Services team.
• Reviewing deliverables, increasing product knowledge, and pursuing certifications.
• Collaborating with other ACS teams and following internal processes.

Preferred qualifications include:

• 6+ years of domain experience in NetSuite’s vertical markets, especially Manufacturing.
• ERP Financials functional experience; ARM experience is a plus.
• 2+ years of external consulting or internal project leadership.
• Strong communication, process evolution, and customer satisfaction skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Travel requirements are modest to moderate. Location flexibility applies for US and Canada.

Certain roles may require compliance with health mandates. Salary ranges vary by location, e.g., US: $87,000 - $178,100 annually, Canada: CAD 76,700 - CAD 167,600. Benefits include insurance, paid time off, 401(k), stock plans, and more.
