Job summary

Stinson Design is seeking a Sr. Presentation Consultant to craft visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for diverse clients in a hybrid Toronto setting.

You will translate complex content into clear, compelling visuals with sharp typography and animation, collaborating with project managers and creative directors. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in presentation design and client-facing roles, with strong time management and a keen eye for detail.

• A degree in graphic design or a related field is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Designing with purpose — apply design best practices to client presentations.
• Collaborate with clients to craft clear, engaging visuals, animations, and graphics.
• Meet with clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements.
• Attend kickoff and feedback calls and provide updates.
• Ensure projects meet technical requirements and brand standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet project goals.
• Generate fresh concepts and ideas for presentations.
• Present ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct quality assurance on designs and content.
• Stay current with emerging design technologies and AI trends.

Stinson is looking for a Presentation Designer (internal title is Sr. Presentation Consultant) to work as a visual knowledge translation expert. You will work closely with our project managers and creative directors to create clear and engaging presentations using sharp visuals, animations, and tailored graphics. With a balance of autonomy and guided training, our designers become experts in visual communication, design consulting, and of course, PowerPoint design.

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Designing with purpose — understanding the content of presentations and utilizing design best practices in your work;
• Working closely with our clients to create clear, engaging presentations using sharp visuals, animations, and tailored graphics;
• Meeting clients and/or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of each project;
• Attending project kick-off and feedback calls with clients and following up as required;
• Ensuring projects meet technical requirements and objectives within scope while upholding the brands' standards;
• Collaborating with team members from other departments to meet project objectives;
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
• Presenting ideas and concepts to clients;
• Providing quality assurance - design and content QAing your own work to provide high-quality results;
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in design and AI.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3+ years of presentation design experience;
• 3+ years experience in client-facing roles with excellent verbal and written comprehension. Specifically, you have experience working closely with executives, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback;
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, agency environment;
• Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management skills;
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics and typography;
• Ability to quickly digest information;
• A degree in graphic design or a related field is an asset.
• Ability to travel to the US and Europe

COMPENSATION

The starting base pay range for this role is CAD $60,000 - CAD $75,000 per year.

This advertised position is for an existing position at Stinson Design.
