Annagem Naan and Kabob is seeking a motivated Prep Cook to support the kitchen team with ingredient prep, station setup, and cooking according to our recipes. This junior role involves supervision of kitchen staff in the absence of the Kitchen Manager and ensuring the kitchen remains clean and compliant with health standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle temperature control and inventory tasks, and collaborate with BOH supervisors to maintain smooth service during peak hours.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Operates all food service equipment and cooks according to recipes and standards
• Coordinates activities to ensure meals are prepared on schedule
• Supervises storage and use of leftovers and conducts chill room/freezer checks with documentation
• Assists in evaluating new recipes and products
• Assists BOH Supervisor with inventory updates and supply counts
• Manages the kitchen in the BOH Supervisor's absence including opening and securing
• Complies with health and safety procedures while performing tasks
• Performs other duties as assigned
