Job summary

Csestorage is seeking a Sr. Technical Solutions Engineer to support development, evaluation, and integration of utility-scale energy storage and power solutions, focusing on PCS, EMS, MVT, microgrid, and gas turbine applications.

Remote in Canada or USA, with a compensation range of $110,000–$140,000 plus annual bonus. You will work with R&D, engineering, and cross-functional teams to validate designs, lead due diligence, and drive platform roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, R&D, or project commissioning within power electronics, energy storage, microgrids, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical due diligence on inverter, EMS, MVT, and related power-system products.
• Develop and maintain internal tools to support system sizing, product design, and project development.
• Lead technical reviews of new products for integration into solutions, including specs, drawings, and certifications.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to introduce new products to internal stakeholders.
