Job summary

Government of Alberta seeks two experienced Full Stack Developers / Power Pages Migration Specialists for a six-month modernization project. You will migrate Adxstudio Portals (v8) to Power Pages, leveraging Dataverse and AI-assisted tooling, and align security, data models, forms, and external integrations.

Responsibilities include analyzing legacy architecture, migrating business logic and data models, and performing testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) and the additional Microsoft certification specified in the official qualification requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing and migrating Adxstudio Portals (v8) to Power Apps Portals/Power Pages.
• Minimum 3 years of experience migrating standard portal data models to the Dataverse Enhanced Data Model.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Copilot for Liquid translation and AI-assisted code conversion.

• Integrate Power Pages with external systems, including payment processing, authentication frameworks, and SharePoint.
• Map legacy security roles to Dataverse Table Permissions and Power Pages Web Roles.
• Perform testing, debugging, UAT, deployment support, and technical documentation.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate code conversion, schema mapping, validation, and troubleshooting.
