We're seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Power Platform Architecture Specialist to lead the design and implementation of Power Platform solutions for a global financial organization. This role requires deep expertise in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, as well as a strong understanding of Azure infrastructure.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Lead Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for managing and optimizing technical infrastructure and ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems to support business needs effectively.

What You’ll Do In The Role

• Lead the design and development of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Implement scalable and secure Power Platform solutions that integrate with Azure services.
• Develop and enhance the automation framework for Power Platform and Dynamics365.
• Drive the adoption of best practices for Power Platform development and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with existing systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  
  

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Extensive experience with Power Platform architecture design, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Azure services and their integration with Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
• Strong development/programming skills in languages such as C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development frameworks.
• Expertise in implementing and managing Power Platform governance and security.
• Effective communication and written skills, with the ability to create comprehensive technical documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of security controls and compliance requirements for Power Platform and Azure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically.
• Experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies.
