Job summary

MNP is looking for a Senior Power Platform Administrator to drive governance and support Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related AI capabilities. You will partner with Security, Risk, and Compliance to ensure secure, scalable operations while enabling ALM and solution deployments.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, strong analytical skills, and experience with enterprise cloud platforms in a hybrid Toronto setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or similar enterprise cloud platforms.
• 3+ years of experience managing tenant-level configuration, governance, and platform operations.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform administration, environment management, security, compliance and DLP controls.
• Experience supporting AI tools (Copilot, AI Builder) with governance and risk management.
• Experience with ALM, solution deployments and platform governance practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Certifications in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure administration are a plus.

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and maintain standards, docs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer and govern the Microsoft Power Platform and related AI capabilities
• Implement and maintain platform governance, security controls, environment strategies, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
• Manage platform environments and tenant configurations, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable operations
• Monitor platform health, usage, capacity and compliance, identifying and mitigating risk
• Support solution deployment and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes
• Collaborate with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant platform operations
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and operational support for platform-related issues
• Develop and maintain standards, documentation, and operational procedures

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or similar enterprise cloud platforms
• 3+ years of experience managing tenant-level configuration, governance, and platform operations
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform administration, environment management, security, compliance and Data Loss Prevention (DLP Controls) and Dataverse security
• Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or related technologies, with an understanding of AI governance and risk management
• Experience supporting application lifecycle management (ALM), solution deployments and platform governance practices
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure (Entra ID), and enterprise integration patterns
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex platform-level issues
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
• Experience in the following areas are considered an asset:
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure administration
  • Experience implementing Power Platform governance frameworks and best practices
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale platform adoption of Power Platform, Copilot and AI solutions
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Power Platform Admin Center analytics or CoE Starter Kit
