Job summary

MNP is seeking a Senior Power Platform Administrator to lead administration of the Microsoft Power Platform and related AI capabilities. You will govern environments, implement security controls, and partner with Security, Risk, and Compliance to ensure compliant platform operations.

The role requires 5+ years in platform administration (Power Platform, Dynamics 365) and 3+ years of tenant-level governance/ALM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or similar enterprise cloud platforms.
• 3+ years managing tenant-level configuration, governance, and platform operations.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform administration, environment management, security, compliance and DLP controls.
• Experience supporting Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, with AI governance and risk management understanding.
• Experience supporting ALM, solution deployments and platform governance practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex platform-level issues.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Asset: Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure administration.
• Asset: Experience implementing governance frameworks and enterprise-scale adoption of Power Platform.

• Manage platform environments and tenant configurations, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable operations
• Monitor platform health, usage, capacity and compliance, identifying and mitigating risk
• Support solution deployment and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes
• Collaborate with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant platform operations
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and operational support for platform-related issues
• Develop and maintain standards, documentation, and operational procedures

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or similar enterprise cloud platforms
• 3+ years of experience managing tenant-level configuration, governance, and platform operations
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform administration, environment management, security, compliance and Data Loss Prevention (DLP Controls) and Dataverse security
• Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or related technologies, with an understanding of AI governance and risk management
• Experience supporting application lifecycle management (ALM), solution deployments and platform governance practices
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure (Entra ID), and enterprise integration patterns
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex platform-level issues
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
• Experience in the following areas are considered an asset:
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure administration
  • Experience implementing Power Platform governance frameworks and best practices
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale platform adoption of Power Platform, Copilot and AI solutions
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Power Platform Admin Center analytics or CoE Starter Kit
