Job summary

ITC Infotech in Canada seeks a Senior / Lead Power BI Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade dashboards and semantic models. The role partners with business stakeholders, BSAs, data engineering teams, and delivery leads to translate KPIs into scalable reporting solutions.

The position requires hands-on Power BI development, advanced DAX, performance tuning, governance, and security, with mentorship of junior developers to ensure delivery quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of IT / data analytics experience with hands-on Power BI development.
• Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop/Service, DAX, data modeling, and KPI visualization standards.
• Experience in implementing RLS, deployment pipelines, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI datasets, semantic models, and dashboards aligned to KPIs.
• Translate requirements into optimized reporting solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and tune advanced DAX measures for performance and accuracy.
• Implement RLS and governance, manage workspaces, and ensure security controls.
• Mentor junior Power BI developers and support release management and production support.
