Job summary

WCB-Alberta is seeking an Application Developer III in Edmonton to design, implement, and manage low-code solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will engage with clients to gather requirements and deploy solutions across environments, integrating DevOps practices for a smooth software lifecycle.

This role requires strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and .NET, plus excellent communication and organization to handle a high-volume workload and deliver reliable,

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized university in a computer discipline.
• Certifications in Power Platform or related technologies.
• Proven experience developing applications with Power Apps.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform suite.

Responsibilities

• Client Interaction and Requirements Gathering: collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate into low-code solutions.
• Design and Development: design, build, and implement solutions compliant with internal standards and client needs.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: conduct thorough testing and work with clients during testing phase.
• Client Training and Support: provide training and ongoing support for end-users.
• Documentation: maintain comprehensive documentation from design to deployment.
• Continuous Learning: stay updated with Power Platform developments and share knowledge with the team.
