Qualifications

• University degree in business, finance, accounting, mathematics, or economics.
• 7–10 years background in portfolio reporting and analysis across real estate or investments.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to translate stakeholder requirements into clear reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analytics for Real Estate Debt.
• Manage a team and partner with FP&A, Treasury, Legal and other QR teams.
• Drive automation and data/analytics improvements and support debt modernization projects.
