Job summary

TD in Toronto, Ontario, Canada is seeking a Portfolio Management Oversight professional to lead oversight reviews for discretionary Portfolio Managers and managed-account households, ensuring alignment with Investment Policy Statements and regulatory requirements.

You will drive issue escalation, coordinate remediation, and prepare senior management reporting. Collaborate with Investment Advisors, PMs, and PWM committees while contributing to controls and regulatory initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher in business or related discipline.
• CFA/CIM designation in progress or holder considered an asset.
• Eligibility to meet CIRO supervisory licensing requirements.
• Experience in wealth management, managed accounts, supervision, compliance, risk, or business controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly oversight reviews for assigned Portfolio Managers and managed-account households.
• Assess materiality of identified issues and coordinate remediation actions.
• Serve as primary oversight contact for discretionary Portfolio Managers and Associates.
• Analyze oversight results and prepare reporting for senior management and PWM Committee.
• Monitor Investment Policy Statements and elevate overdue or deficient documentation.
• Coordinate responses to Internal Audit and external assurance requests.
• Contribute to PWM Business Controls initiatives and regulatory changes.
