Job summary

Power Factors in Montreal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own UI, business logic, and insights across the Unity REMS platform, influencing how operators and asset managers run hundreds of gigawatts of clean energy assets globally.

You will partner with UX designers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to deliver data‑intensive analytics, scalable workflows, and AI-enabled features that improve reliability and asset value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with focus on UI, workflow, or platform-capability products.
• Experience using data-intensive or analytics products and engaging data scientists and engineers.
• Strong design judgment, analytical problem solving, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience documenting business processes and driving user-centric product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end user workflows for the Unity platform.
• Define and prototype differentiated offerings using next-gen UX and AI.
• Lead product analytics, data quality, KPIs, and configuration-heavy UX interactions.
• Collaborate with UX, Data Science, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to maximize impact.
