Job summary

Senpilot in Canada is seeking a Technical Product Manager for the Regulatory AI Agent to shape the near-term roadmap and drive impactful AI-powered regulatory workflows for utilities.

You will collaborate with CTO, regulatory SMEs, designers, and engineers to translate complex regulatory problems into actionable development plans, prototypes, and analytics-driven improvements. Hybrid office in downtown Toronto, with occasional in-person days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally B2B/enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on experience in a regulated domain is a plus.
• Fluency with AI coding tools to ship prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product roadmap with leadership and regulatory SMEs.
• Turn strategic objectives into near-term deliverables.
• Own analytics and go-to-market alignment for the Regulatory AI Agent.
