We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Plumbing Designer in Fond du Lac, WI.

How you will contribute:

The Senior Designer models complex plumbing systems based on provided designs, developing all related system drawings, specifications, calculations, and bill of material lists for assigned projects. This role is pivotal as a lead design team member, modeling and coordinating comprehensive plumbing systems of varying size and scope to ensure the field and shop teams have what they need for efficient project execution.

This design role is crucial as it initiates all projects. The Senior Designer operates independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment to set up subsequent project stages for success and timely completion.

What you need to qualify:
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Design, Civil Engineering, Computer Aided Drafting/Design, or related field, or field installation experience.
  • Proficiency in recent versions of Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of commercial or industrial building construction.
  • Working knowledge of Wisconsin plumbing code.
  • Ability to manage a design team's schedule, lead coordination efforts, problem solve, read blueprints, and possess strong math skills.
