Qualifications

• 5–7 years of recent, relevant, and progressive experience in performance management, planning and reporting.
• Experience working with First Nations.
• In-depth knowledge of BC’s First Nations health governance landscape with cultural safety and humility.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational planning processes, frameworks, and environmental scans across the FNHA.
• Develop planning tools, manage project plans, and build collaborative partnerships across internal teams and First Nations partners to ensure aligned, high-quality reporting.
