• Work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, aimed at maintaining and enhancing their physical abilities, lifestyle, and well-being
• Manage and prioritize clinical caseloads and coordinate therapeutic services
• Participate in a collaborative care model providing holistic, comprehensive care to meet client needs
• Promote positive relationships with clients, team members, funders, and the community

What You Need To Be Successful

• Graduate of a recognized School of Physiotherapy
• Fully registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• At least 2–3 years of physiotherapy experience
• Passion for your profession and commitment to ongoing professional development
• Strong client-centered approach
