Job summary

Brio Insurance in Manitoba is seeking an Auto & Property Insurance Specialist II to process personal lines policies for residential homes and personal belongings. The role requires handling auto policies and complex contracts under supervision, with a focus on client risk management and service.

Qualified candidates hold a Level 2 Brokers Insurance license or are pursuing it, and demonstrate strong communication, detail, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Working towards or holds completed Level 2 Brokers Insurance license.
• Understands coverage limits to: vacant dwellings, seasonal, rentals, Course of Construction and mobile homes etc.
• Understands MPI Commercial vehicle coverages.
• Demonstrated desire to serve others in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of personal lines policies including residential homes and personal belongings.
• Endorse and complete policies using the Insurance portal.
• Identify client needs and recommend coverage options and pricing.
• Assist with claims and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Support branch training and department goals and participate in staff meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of risk management policies and confidentiality.
