Job description

• Assist customers via walk in, phone calls, emails when available
• Write new insurance policies from referrals, walk-ins, or internal leads
• Complete policy reviews and renewals
• Follow up on letters and invoice, manage binder and policy document
• Other duties as required

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Level 1 license in Manitoba, Level 2 is an asset
• Minimum 2 years of Personal Lines sales and service experience at a brokerage
• Experienced in providing customer service with various situations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge in EPIC
• Working hours Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, no weekend shifts

COMPENSATION

• Base salary between $50,000 – $65,000 depending on relevant experience + annual performance bonus + commission on new business
