This full-time role incorporates a hybrid work model with a focus on driving cases from inception to resolution. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of personal injury litigation experience and a proven ability to manage a substantial number of files efficiently. This position offers unlimited vacation, full health benefits, and a competitive salary of $250,000++ with quarterly bonuses for meeting targets.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience.
• Proven track record of resolving files through mediation and/or trial.
• Experience managing a significant volume of files (75-100).

Responsibilities

• Drive cases from claim issuance to successful resolution.
• Conduct examinations for discovery, motions, and mediations.
• Build and manage relationships with medical and vocational experts.
