Job summary

ATB Financial in Canada is seeking a dynamic Personal Banking Advisor to join our Camrose team and help clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll serve high-net-worth clients with tailored guidance on savings, investments, mortgages, and credit, while building lasting relationships and a strong sales pipeline.

You’ll collaborate with internal partners to deliver ATB’s full suite of services, champion digital tools, and uphold privacy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales pipeline experience with client service focus.
• Experience in retail banking or a similar field.
• CSI PFSA (PFSA) certification is an asset.
• Home financing experience and residential mortgage knowledge.
• Understanding of lending products including loans and credit cards.
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in finance or business.

Responsibilities

• Serve high-net-worth clients with tailored guidance on savings, investments and lending.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach.
• Develop client relationships with ongoing communication and service.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver full ATB service suite.
• Promote digital tools and ensure privacy, risk and compliance adherence.
• Represent ATB in the market with community involvement and integrity.
• Achieve personal sales targets helping branch, market and business growth.
