Job summary

CIBC in Toronto is seeking an experienced Performance Tester to join our team on an urgent basis. The role focuses on defining the performance testing strategy, establishing governance frameworks, and mentoring a growing design system team.

You will develop and execute performance test scripts with LoadRunner and NeoLoad, analyze results, and collaborate with Agile teams to embed performance testing into the SDLC using Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and NeoLoad.
• Solid understanding of performance testing lifecycles.
• Experience with monitoring tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement performance testing strategies.
• Develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and NeoLoad.
• Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
