Placements24 is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst for a leading Leisure & Sports organization. This fully remote role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex performance data to guide coaching decisions and optimize athlete performance.

You will build models, dashboards, and visualizations, and collaborate with coaches, sports scientists, and management to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Competenze

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field (data science, stats, CS, etc.).
• Minimum 6 years in a performance analysis role, preferably in sports.
• Proficiency in Python or R and SQL for data querying.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI/Matplotlib.
• Strong understanding of biomechanics, physiology, and performance metrics.

Requirements
