Senior People Experience Partner at BairesDev

We are seeking a Senior People Experience Partner to drive cultural transformation in our global, remote-first environment. As a PeopleX Partner, you'll shape our workplace for the future while working with top-tier professionals, tackling both daily challenges and complex strategic initiatives.

You'll champion engagement, employee well-being, and impactful change, aligning actions to organizational values. By collaborating with centers of excellence and visionary leaders, you'll transform strategy into action, fostering a people-first culture that drives high-performance teams, client value creation, and inclusion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces ambiguity, and believes that true transformation starts with people.

What You'll Do:
  1. Lead monthly meetings with business area leaders and quarterly sessions with VPs to sync on business needs and talent management.
  2. Provide strategic HR guidance on policy interpretation and application.
  3. Collaborate with HR departments to develop and implement people programs.
  4. Analyze people metrics and trends to develop effective solutions.
  5. Drive performance management processes across all cycles.
  6. Champion employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
  7. Partner with centers of excellence to implement organizational changes.
  8. Design and execute strategic talent management programs.
What we are looking for:
  1. 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in People & Culture.
  2. Strong background in HRBP functions.
  3. Experience in compensation, performance management, and talent development.
  4. Proven track record working with C-Level executives.
  5. Knowledge of employee/labor relations and leadership coaching.
  6. Familiarity with Scrum/Agile framework (Plus).
  7. Experience supporting US employees (Plus).
  8. Advanced level of English.
