Job summary

NTT DATA North America seeks a Senior Pega SME (Production Support) to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The role requires strong Pega PRPC production support experience and PCSSA certification.

Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Pega nodes, managing deployments, monitoring health with PDC/Splunk/Grafana, and performing RCA for issues and bottlenecks in databases and JVM. Remote flexibility is offered where possible.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Pega experience.
• 5+ years of prodction support.
• 5+ years of pega admin experience.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) must.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Pega nodes, clusters, and application lifecycles (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD).
• Package rules (RAP/Product Rules) and manage deployments using Pega Deployment Manager or Jenkins.
• Monitor system health with PDC, Splunk, and Grafana; tune JVM heap, thread pools, and queues.
• Perform root cause analysis for application issues and database bottlenecks.
