Ross Video is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Specialist based in Iroquois Falls, Ontario to lead manufacturing process design, readiness, and performance for electronics and electro-mechanical products. The role drives capital investments, quality improvements, and compliance with regulatory requirements while guiding cross-functional teams on advanced manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE/ME/Manufacturing or equivalent.
• 7+ years in electronics/electro-mechanical manufacturing engineering.
• Proven leadership in NPI readiness and capital investments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing process strategies across product families.
• Support manufacturing readiness for NPI and major product changes, including DFM/DFA reviews and risk assessments.
• Evaluate new manufacturing technologies, automation, equipment, and tooling; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare capital investment proposals with technical justifications and ROI analyses.
• Monitor manufacturing performance trends and drive corrective actions for improved yield and throughput.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions for persistent issues.
• Create and maintain manufacturing standards, procedures, and lessons learned; mentor junior engineers.
• Lead cross-functional engineering projects, defining scope, planning, and risk management.
• Serve as a senior technical resource for PCBA manufacturing and provide actionable recommendations.
