How do we work?

As our Senior Payroll Specialist, you will join our 3-person Payroll Team in Canada and Poland, part of the global People Operations Department.

Reporting to the Global Payroll Manager, you will process and develop payroll for our growing workforce. We operate in a hybrid model and would love to meet you in the office occasionally.

Please note, this is a fixed-term contract (absence cover) for 16 months.

In this role, you will :

• Process semi-monthly payrolls for Canada and the USA, and monthly payrolls for Japan, Singapore, and the UK.
• Manage benefits: onboarding, offboarding, changes, and pension contributions.
• Review invoices and support the Finance Team for timely payments.
• Liaise with the global People Operations Team to ensure best practices.
• Support internal and external audits.

What skills are needed to succeed?

• 4-5 years of experience processing Canadian and US payrolls.
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience working with external payroll providers.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and self-organize.
• Creative, analytical, with a can-do attitude.
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
