Payroll Specialist / HR

Own the entire Payroll / HR Relationship for the Canadian operations of a privately owned North American Distribution Company. Reporting directly to the CHRO, this role supports a 150-employee base in Canada. The position can be located in Laval or Quebec City, with a work-from-home component.

Most Immediate Needs:

• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial employment and payroll laws.
• Manage accurate and timely payroll processing across all Canadian business units.
• Support a positive work culture and manage recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new talent.
