About the Role
As a Snr Partnerships Manager, you'll lead our strategic partner ecosystem development with a focus on sales and marketing agencies and MSPs across all market segments (SMB to Enterprise). This role combines strategy, partner program development, and cross functional execution to drive meaningful revenue growth through our agency partnerships.
Initially, you'll focus on partner acquisition and onboarding (collaborating with a Partner Enablement Specialist), but the role will quickly evolve to have a purely revenue generating focus. You'll be responsible for mapping the partner landscape, prioritizing outreach efforts, and creating programs that align with our partners' business models and growth objectives. This role will be measured on revenue targets generated from the agency ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy targeting sales and marketing agencies and MSPs (who serve all market segments)
Map the partner landscape to identify high-potential partners and create prioritized outreach strategies
Acquire and onboard new agency partners via outbound and inbound approaches
Design and implement scalable partner programs that align with different partner business models and drive mutual revenue growth (In collaboration with enablement)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their business needs
Work in lock step with the Account Executives haloing to onboard partner leads (critical)
Work directly with Product to translate partner feedback and market requirements into product roadmap
Develop compelling partner value propositions and GTM strategies that showcase Landbase's unique capabilities
Create revenue-focused KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure partner program success
Drive partner-led revenue growth through co-selling, marketing initiatives, and strategic account planning
Represent Landbase at industry events and partner forums to increase visibility and drive partner recruitment
Continuously optimize partner programs based on performance data and evolving market conditions
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in partner management, channel development, or similar roles, ideally with experience working in the Sales and Marketing Ecosystem
Proven track record of building and scaling successful partnerships with sales/marketing agencies and MSPs or similar
Strong understanding of various partner business models, particularly agencies and MSPs serving diverse market segments
Experience developing partner programs from concept to execution with measurable revenue impact
