The Role

As a Senior Partner Operations Analyst , you’ll drive operational excellence and insights across Solink’s partner ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally to streamline processes, deliver data-driven recommendations, and support high-performing partner programs. This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex problems, turning data into action, and influencing strategic decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze Partner Performance : Monitor and report on key KPIs (e.g., ARR, activation, retention) to identify trends and improve strategies.
• Optimize Partner Operations : Enhance workflows for onboarding, enablement, and support to increase consistency, scalability, and satisfaction.
• Enhance Systems & Tools : Manage and optimize CRM (Salesforce), PRM (MindMatrix), and BI tools for actionable insights and data quality.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration : Align partner strategies with sales, product, finance, and marketing teams.
• Lead Feedback Loops : Gather and communicate partner feedback to inform product roadmaps and improvements.

What You Bring

Must-Have :

• 5+ years in partner or business operations within SaaS, supporting partnerships through processes, tools, and insights.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. Ability to derive insights that drive action.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, and familiarity with partner lifecycle platforms like MindMatrix or PartnerStack.
• Strong process-building skills, with experience documenting workflows using Confluence, Lucidchart, or Notion.
• Effective communicator capable of translating data into clear narratives for technical and business audiences.

Nice-to-Have :

• Experience leading PRM platform implementations.
• Exposure to SaaS partner strategies and channel programs.
• Background in cross-system data integration and cleanup projects.
