Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity
You will work with Moneris' strategic partners and the MARCOM subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop annual Partner marketing channel plans and implement & support several marketing programs to achieve shared goals.
Contract Term: 6 months.
Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, Partner Marketing.
What you'll do
- Help create positive relationships with key Marketing contacts within assigned strategic partner organizations; facilitate and attend scheduled meetings and events.
- Accountable for the end-to-end development and implementation of the annual Partner Marketing strategy; optimize plans throughout the year.
- Be the conduit between strategic partners and the MARCOM SMEs to support partner lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement activities.
- Educate strategic partners on Moneris MARCOM go-to-market strategies and the content calendar; identify mutually beneficial opportunities and explore co-creation of content.
- Manage Partner Marketing program implementation, including developing and delivering briefs, managing activities within workback schedules, contributing to content according to the brief, value proposition, and brand guidelines.
- Work with assigned strategic partners and Moneris SMEs to develop KPIs, track performance, and communicate results; use data to recommend future programs.
- Prepare and maintain status documents, project trackers, and reports.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to develop and deliver new marketing programs.
- Manage sales and internal readiness activities related to Partner Marketing programs and offers, including engaging Sales Readiness teams and developing reporting requirements and support tools.
- Manage Partner Marketing expenses within the budget.
What you bring
- Bachelor of Arts with a Marketing focus is preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in fintech.
- Experience working with external partners and managing vendors.
- Knowledge of the payment processing industry.
- Strategic thinking and flawless execution skills.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Relationship management skills to develop positive internal and external relationships.
- Leadership qualities.
- Effective influencing and negotiating skills, with the ability to handle conflicts.
