As a Senior Media Buyer, you are responsible for leading our highest growth partnerships with 8 and 9-figure clients, growing their business. This role acts as a fractional head of growth to our partners, working in and going outside of the ad account to improve their customer acquisition and hit their goals. Description

You will be responsible for the success of accounts on performance marketing channels, leading strategy, and be the key point of contact for clients. On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to work with the team to build account strategies, support client forecasting, quarterback creative and growth experiments, and ultimately ensure we are running a high quality growth process that delivers results.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact with clients, building strong relationships and trust
• Work with cross-functional teams like Creative to drive performance and strategy, with a specific focus on paid social
• Create a plan for growing your clients and execute it - including initiatives like landing page tests, offer creation, seasonal strategy
• Support your clients with forecasting and setting expectations around revenue

Ideal Candidate

You’re a strong communicator, both written and verbal - able to share a big vision, align on specific tactics, and set expectations effectively

Proven marketer with an understanding of paid social and search and how to grow a DTC brand through paid acquisition

Experience with Ecomm brands

Agency or in house experience managing paid social directly (hands on keyboard)

Self-motivated, holds their work to a high standard, and acts with urgency

High agency and excited to take ownership of their work end-to-end

Attention to detail, does not make simple mistakes and double checks their work

Solutions oriented, will get the work done on time and to a high standard

Comfort working across multiple projects at once while staying organized

Competitive salary with aggressive bonus structure

Remote work environment, but must be in the Vancouver area
