Your Mission
We’re looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager with elite-level skills to fully own strategy and execution across our portfolio of high-growth DTC brands. This isn’t about keeping the lights on—it’s about making a clear impact from day one. You’ll work within a delivery pod alongside a Growth Strategist, Analyst, CRM Manager, and CRO Lead, backed by custom data infrastructure that ties every decision to the P&L.
You’ll lead performance across Meta and TikTok, along with other paid social platforms where relevant. You’ve scaled budgets into the six figures while hitting CAC and margin targets. You know how to structure accounts, build effective testing frameworks, and drive results—without needing a playbook.
We expect a level of ownership and execution that matches the best in-house growth teams. This is a performance role, and the expectation is simple : drive growth, push the channel forward, and deliver meaningful business results.

Who We’re Looking For
You’re a high-output search specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ve worked with consumer brands doing serious numbers and know what it takes to scale accounts in a way that hits both CAC and margin goals. You understand how paid search fits into a broader DTC ecosystem and how to pivot rapidly when the data demands it.
We’re not looking for someone who can do the job—we’re looking for someone who’s already done it, at scale, for clients or in-house brands that look like ours. You’ll be expected to come in strong with your POV on account structure, creative strategy, budgeting, testing, and optimization—and to drive results from the start.
