Paid media isn’t an add-on service at Catch, it’s core to how we deliver results. From performance-focused campaigns to full-funnel acquisition strategies, media touches nearly every client and drives measurable impact across our portfolio.
We’re hiring a hands-on strategist who’s equally comfortable optimizing campaigns and architecting systems. You’ll own paid performance across multiple industries and platforms, work cross-functionally with our team, and set the foundation for a future department you’ll eventually lead.

What You’ll Do
- Lead strategy, execution, and performance optimization across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more
- Take full ownership of paid media strategy and execution across a diverse, high-performance client roster
- Design and scale campaigns that drive results, then build the frameworks that make that performance repeatable
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and web teams to deliver integrated campaigns that convert
- Work directly with our accounts team and clients to share insights, build trust, and drive growth, owning the acquisition results and collaborating on strategy
- Stay sharp on trends in AI, automation, attribution, creative testing, and traffic acquisition
- Refine our internal reporting process using Looker Studio, Databox, and other tools, aiming for clean, fast, actionable reporting
- Help define the department’s future—eventually hiring, mentoring, and leading a team
Who You Are
- Based in Calgary or open to relocation (we thrive in-office with strong cross-functional collaboration)
- 6+ years of direct, in-platform experience delivering measurable results across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other core channels
- You’ve scaled paid media campaigns across multiple clients and industries, and you can point to the ROAS, CPA, and growth metrics that prove it
- Fluent in GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking (e.g. Stape), attribution modelling, and performance diagnostics
- Experienced with Databox, Looker Studio (or other BI tools), and building reporting dashboards that surface true insights
- Able to navigate client-side tech stacks (HubSpot, CRM platforms, industry-specific tools) and integrate tracking accordingly
- A systems thinker with a track record of creating repeatable processes and frameworks that others use successfully
- Future-oriented—you stay on top of emerging tools, ad formats, and acquisition strategies
- You care deeply about client success and know how to align performance strategy with business objectives

You’ll be working with:
- HubSpot + client-specific CRMs
- In-house proprietary tracking tools
- Other analytics, automation, and creative tools as needed

Location
- We prefer Calgary-based candidates and offer a hybrid work environment (3 days in-office/week).
- Open to relocation support for the right person.
