ROLE OVERVIEW:
Jumpfactor is seeking a Senior Paid Ads Specialist who excels in both strategy and hands-on execution. You’ll manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more, with a strong focus on B2B paid ads for the IT, MSP, and digital marketing sectors. Experience with Reddit and Quora Ads is a bonus. A key part of this role will be driving both brand awareness and conversions, ensuring campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI through extensive A/B testing.
You will own paid ad strategies, executing campaigns from scratch and revitalizing existing ones. In addition to optimizing performance, you’ll lead a team of junior PPC specialists, refine processes, and ensure campaigns align with business goals. You’ll also communicate regularly with clients to manage expectations and communicate complex paid ad strategies.
